The WMSP coordinates motorcycle training courses and promotes motorcycle safety. This state program is completely funded by the motorcycle endorsement fee you pay with your drivers license. That endorsement fee goes toward subsidizing courses, training new instructors and expanding motorcycle training and motorcycle safety throughout the state.
